10 miles from the Epicenter of a 7.2 magnitude earthquake in Baja California. Easter Sunday April 2010. That is dust in the mountains from the rock slides. Rio Hardy is a water ski camp on the Colorado River. Be prepared with water and food and solar lights and blankets. Lots of damage to the homes and roads.
